A lot of people tend to feel disconnected about the work they do. According to a Gallup poll, about 70% of Americans feel disengaged at work. They primarily do not feel enthusiastic about and committed to their work and workplace.  However they are some jobs that buck that trend as make the workers feel good about themselves. These jobs tend to be results oriented and allow employees to use their strongest bbilities, giving them a feeling of accomplishment. Let's face it, everyone what's that feeling like what they do actually means something.
